Terms and Conditions 

 

Payment for services is acceptance and confirmation that you have read and agreed the below.

A 50% deposit on any Digital work is non-refundable and cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours of the order being processed.

If Project Geocoin cannot fulfil the project due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund is given of the amount paid to date by the client.

If any deadlines are not met by the client; such as sending content, text, required information or outstanding balances to progress the project - Project Geocoin is not expected to meet deadlines of proofs, print and delivery. Any indication of a project’s duration is to be considered an estimate and if unforeseen circumstances occur Project Geocoin is not responsible.

Project Geocoin is not responsible for any package/postal delays but will do everything in their power to rectify and assist in the situation.

 

All concepts, ideas, design work and Illustrations are the property of Project Geocoin unless agreed otherwise in writing. The rights to designs may be purchased.

Up to 3 amendments to the design are included in the quoted amount.

The customer agrees that any changes required over and above the estimated work after acceptance of quote and design draft will be charged extra (This will be an hourly rate). It is the client’s responsibility to check all design proofs thoroughly. Once design proofs are accepted you agree to the design being checked and approved as seen. Any typos are the responsibility of the client and any changes will be charged and paid for by the client.

Securing permission for the use of trademarks or copyrighted material is the responsibility of the client.

All invoices are to be paid within 14 days. Projects will not be started or delivered without payment.

 

Designs made by Project Geocoin are at times altered by the mint company to make sure the mould can be created. Project Geocoin is not responsible for any changes needed for this reason. A blueprint of all changes will be sent to the client for approval before production of the coin.

 

All Pathtag designs are sent for you to do independently with Pathtags.com and Project Geocoin is not responsible for any changes to the design made by them, errors or defects related to their products. These issues must be dealt with Pathtags.com directly under the agreement you made with them when ordering.

Project Geocoin will however make amendments to the design to help with getting a better blueprint with Pathtags.com in line with the amendment terms set out in the previous paragraph.

 

All geocoins have to be approved by Ground Speak (Geocaching HQ), although all efforts are made to meet the requirements set out by Ground Speak, Project Geocoin is not involved in this decision and does not take responsibility for designs unapproved by Ground Speak. Usually unapproved designs are due to minor changes needed, you will be informed of any changes and the new blueprint of the design sent to you for approval.

If Ground Speak (Geocaching HQ) refuse a design this does not affect the agreement between the client and Project Geocoin regarding refunds, all payments for the work done is still owed to Project Geocoin regardless of the decision by Ground Speak.

 

Colours on the design blueprints may vary with different screens, formats, materials or printers used and variations will be found in the final products, Project Geocoin will endeavour to get the colours as close to the design as possible, therefore Project Geocoin will not give refunds or redesigns for this reason.

 

Project Geocoin is not responsible for any custom charges that may be incurred, these charges will be forwarded to the client for payment to be made before coins are released to the client. Unfortunately due to the nature of this charge and the variations, only an estimate can be provided to the client.

 

To comply with GDPR - Project Geocoin keeps all client files, data and physical artwork on a secured hard drive which is stored away from any outside interference. We shall only share your data for necessary procedures to complete your project: such as with postal companies, and any necessary third parties needed to complete your project.

 

Project Geocoin has the right to change or update this policy at any time and it is your responsibility to make sure you have read fully all information contained within the terms and conditions.
