Shipping Terms

Project Geocoin CANNOT be held responsible if you order the incorrect postage and or the incorrect insurance cover for the value of your order. We unfortunately CANNOT be held responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or packages not received both INSIDE the UK & OUTSIDE the UK (internationally) where the incorrect postage has been selected and any compensation will be limited to that offered by the Royal Mail for the service stipulated on your order. In the case of standard postage (1st & 2nd) this is limited to £20. Tracked and Signed compensation is limited to £50. Royal Mail Special Delivery is limited to £750. Courier deliveries are always insured to the value of your goods. If you have chosen a delivery option without a delivery signature (Signed for) or insurance when this has been offered Project Geocoin will NOT accept liability for any missing items, nor will replacement items be resent until we receive a renumeration from the Royal Mail.

You accept full responsibility when choosing a delivery option with no insurance / without a signature / insufficient cover for the value of the ordered goods.

If you request your signed for parcel to be left in an unsecure location and as a result this item cannot be signed by the person named on the delivery Project Geocoin will NOT ACCEPT responsibility for loss / damage incurred.

What happens if my delivery arrived damaged?

Please inform your delivery Courier at the time of acceptance. You may then return the item or accept your delivery. If you accept your delivery you MUST sign as DAMAGED ON DELIVERY and immediately photograph your damaged delivery BEFORE opening. Please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Your delivery must be signed for by the recipient on your order or a nominated individual who must be over the age of 18. Regrettably if these conditions are not met we might not be able to assist you.

 

What happens if my delivery doesn't arrive?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

All UK orders are sent by Royal mail within 3 working days of your order (stock permitting). We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (where possible).

International orders 

All International orders charges and will be sent via Royal Mail where possible, if a different courier is required this will be confirmed with the customer via email. 

Please note: Import and Customs duties might be payable on your International order within your own country Project Geocoin are not liable for these additional costs.

We only charge UK Post Office postage rates plus a small additional amount for packaging
